Pernah tak makan tart telur???? Kat office anis nie ada member yg memang giler tart telur tapi dia tak tau camne nak buat. Kalau asyik nak beli jea, jawabnya lari ler budget. So nak minta tolong kat akak-akak atau abang-abang yg ada resepi tart telur nie, bagi ler resepi tart ni. Cian nengok member ni dah try surf kat internet tapi tak jumpa.

sedapnyer ko citer pasai tart pulak..tingat masa bulan pose dulu...anyway, ini aku dpt resipi dr. cyberkuali...nnt tanya lah org yg terer kat dlm SR%H nie... ini chinese dish kan sebenaqnyer ???

Puff Pastry Egg Tarts

Ingredients
Water dough:

300g flour

1 tbsp custard powder

3 tbsp icing sugar

3 1/2 tbsp shortening

3/4 cup water

A pinch of salt

Oil dough:

180g flour

4 tbsp shortening

Filling:
Syrup:

250g sugar

400ml water

5 eggs

Beat with fork and sieve:

1 tbsp evaporated milk

A pinch of salt

1/4 tsp vanilla essence

Method
Water Dough: Sift flour for water dough and put in a mixing howl. Add sugar, salt and shortening. Slowly add water and mix well to form a smooth and stiff dough. Cover and leave to rest.

Oil Dough: Rub shortening into the flour and mix well to form a soft dough.

Filling: Mix beaten egg mixture with evaporated milk and salt. Add in 400ml cooled syrup and combine well. Strain the custard mixture into a jug and mix well.

Place oil dough inside the water dough. Fold the corners to the middle to enclose the oil dough. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface.

Fold the sides in to form three layers and seal the edges. Slightly roll out dough. Repeat the folding then roll out flat into a rectangular piece. Use a cutter to stamp out circles of 9-10cm diameter.

Use the pastry to line lightly greased egg tart moulds. Pour in the custard filling.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 șC for five to 10 minutes. Cover the tart with a piece of foil and bake for a further 25-30 minutes or until custard is set.

EGG TARTS

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour
5/8 cup butter
1 egg yolk
7 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
5 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/8 cups boiling water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons custard powder
1/4 teaspoon distilled white vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2 Cream butter and confectioners' sugar. Mix in egg yolk, flour, and 2 tablespoons evaporated milk. Roll dough out thinly, and cut out rounds with a fluted cutter. Place into tart molds.
3 Bake for 12 minutes.
4 Beat eggs. Mix in 1/5 cup evaporated milk, custard powder, and white vinegar. Dissolve sugar in boiling water, and pour into custard mixture. Mix well, and let stand to remove air bubbles. Pour the egg custard into the baked tart shells.
5 Bake for 10 minutes. Cool.

Hi Cik Arenum,


Sebenonya ada jumpa kat internet cam yg arenum beri tu. Tapi dia rasa cam susah je. So dia nak resepi yg org kata agak senang tapi hasilnya baguzzzzzzz gitu. Yg simple2 gitu.

TAT TELUR

bahan kulit
500 gm tepung gamdum
11/2 cawan majerin
1 sudu besar lemak sayur/crisco
2 sudu besar gula
1 biji telur

Cara.
1. Gaulkan semua bahan kecuali telur saperti serbuk roti.
2. Masukkan telur dan gaul rata.
3. Canaikan setebal 1/2 cm sebelum diterap bulat.
4. Lletakkan kulit tat di dalam dulang acuan bermangkuk kecil (petty tin) yang sudah digriskan.
5. Cucukan dgn garfu..[hilangkan gelembung angin]
6. Bakar selama 10 minit pada suhu 180C.
7. Keluarkan dan tuangkan adunan kastad telur kedalam tat.
8. Bakar semula 5 minit.
9. Sejukkan dan hidangkan.

Kastad
1 cawan susu cair
4 biji telur
1 cawan gula
1 cawan air biasa
1 sudu besar tepung kastad
1/2 s/teh vanilla
sedkit pewarna kuning

cara
1. Gaul semua semua bahan perlahan sehingga sebati.
2. Tuangkan keatas kulit tat yg telah dibakar separuh masak.
